Marie Claire Dorenz 

Marie Claire Dorenz completed her studies in interior design at the Peter Behrens School of Arts in Düsseldorf. She gained her first professional experience in the retail and wholesale sectors at the U.S.-based textile company American Apparel. Building on this valuable foundation, she went on to establish her own company specializing in the distribution of furniture and interiors.

In 2012, Marie Dorenz joined the architecture firm Schwitzke & Partner, where she has been part of the dual leadership team since 2018. Her extensive expertise in interior design, distribution, and business management has been instrumental in driving the firm's continued success and growth. In her time with the company, she has accompanied the construction and conversion of several shopping centres, such as Mall of Switzerland, different Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield Centres and currently the Huma Shopping Center in St. Augustin. Her extensive experience has positioned her as a leading expert not only in the realm of shopping centres but also in the broader field of retail property.
