Shannon Quilty
Shannon has spent her entire 25+ year career in the business of shopping centers. Her extensive experience encompasses most asset types – from community centers to regional malls to boutique luxury projects – in both developed and developing markets. Having grown up in the business, she brings a unique and instinctive insight to her approach to any project.

Throughout her career, Shannon has worked on both client and advisor side on projects as diverse as Jantzen Beach SuperCenter in Portland, Oregon (where she built a specialty leasing program from scratch); 2 Rodeo in Beverly Hills, California; Vremena Goda in Moscow, Russia, Istanbul Cevahir in Istanbul, Turkey and Family Mall in Sulaymaniyah, Iraq. Additionally, as Senior Vice President with International Retail Group based in Las Vegas, Nevada, she was responsible for site selection and lease negotiation for DTC brands entering the brick-and-mortar retail environment.

Shannon has a successful track record in guiding projects through challenging times. She understands the importance of clear communication between owner/management and retailer and champions a partnership approach – understanding that the success of each is dependent on the success of all.

A fervent believer in the power of positive and dynamic customer experience to build loyalty, drive traffic and increase sales and value, Shannon has conceived and implemented programs incorporating strategic design, staff training and innovative marketing that enhance customer journey and the quality of customer communication. The result – an increase in dwell time, visits and, ultimately, revenue.
