In 1995, Lisa was one of the very first American outlet developers to cross over to Europe with McArthur Glen Europe, establishing the first American-style outlet center in England. She ultimately developed and opened centers in Germany, Scotland, Sweden and France, both with McArthur Glen Europe and then as a founding partner in Outlet Centres International, a London-based subsidiary of Lehman Brothers. Lisa formed The Outlet Resource Group (TORG) in 2014, which has affiliates in the US, Europe and the Middle East. Lisa has overseen the grand openings of over 45 shopping and mixed- use centers in her career and has been active in asset management of over 60 centers around the world. One of her focal points has been the ‘turnaround’ of underperforming assets and repositioning of underperforming projects into vibrant centers, using her strategic skill set and multi-disciplinary team approach.
Lisa’s consulting practice focuses on maximizing the many factors that lead to a successful outlet retail destination in this competitive environment. Drawing upon a global network of experts and experiences, Lisa is able to deliver best-in-class techniques to a wide variety of developments.
